Experience

2 Years post graduate office based customer service experience
Call centre/busy switchboard environment

Preferable

Attracting candidates via websites and trade journals
CV coding
Inputting jobs onto website
Developing leads from speaking to candidates
Negotiate and confirm rates
Telephone interviewing
Pro-active resourcing of candidates and networking
Maintaining high levels of candidate contact
Adherence to quality procedures at all times
Maintain knowledge of current legislation
Interviewing workers and maximising lead opportunities
Candidate calls after office hours
