Contingency Recruitment Process

1) Commence Search
a. Database Search
b. Networking
c. Internet Advertising

2) Visual Response Handling
a. Work through CV responses
b. Check the CV's for Qualifications, Industry Experience and any other specialist
experience required. e.g. Pro II, ETAP etc.

3) Telephone Screening
a. Availability
b. Preferred Geographical Locations
c. Salary Required
d. Reason for looking for work
e. Confirm interest in Job Specification and Company

4) Send required number of CV's to client
a. We normally choose to send 2 CV's of the candidates we feel best fits the requirement.
b. Where the client requests more CV's then we will happily send more than 2 CV's.
