Our Search Process is designed for each client upon consultation, but to provide a brief outline our service details are below. |

At a face to face meeting we design a candidate specification, which describes the client’s organisation, the role and the individual required. |

Identify any individuals, companies and industries that the client would like Kin-Tec to approach on their behalf. |

A list is presented to the client of companies we intend to identify, this gives the client the opportunity to vet the list for companies they would like Kin-Tec to steer away from. |

Rigorous research is conducted into target companies. |
 |
We conduct discussions with candidates with the aim of creating a long list of approximately 10 -12 individuals. |

Kin-Tec meet with each candidate on the long list in order to provide the client with a report on each person. The report consists of an in depth interview (based on questions devised by Kin-Tec and the client) and Psychometric Profiling. Following from this a suggested guide on questioning for the clients interview stage and then Kin-Tec's recommendation to suitability to the job and client organisation. |

Kin-Tec will then meet with the client to present a short list of preferred candidates, looking to present a list of 3 – 4 suitable candidates. |

The client then conduct their own interviews. |
 |
We negotiate and advise on remunerations. |

We check references. |

We continue contact with both placed candidates and client organisations to ensure a smooth and successful first year in post. |
